SILVER (HIGH POLISH) – sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time. Regular cleaning with a silver polishing cloth will help maintain the shine of your piece.
SILVER/BRONZE (PATINA) – if your piece has been finished with blackening or verdigris etc. do not use a cleaning cloth or solution, this will wear away the patina.
SILK CORD – keep your silk cord dry as much as possible. If the cord becomes wet, air-dry in the shade. If the cord becomes dirty you can hand wash it in warm water with a gentle, natural soap. Never use bleaches or harsh cleaners as this will destroy the silk.
ADJUSTABLE ELEMENT – such as the wire on an ear cuff or earring hook, an adjustable ring etc. Gently bend it into place for your size when you receive it but do not continuously bend it every time you wear it as this will weaken the silver and cause it to snap.
PEARL – do not expose to baking soda, vinegar, harsh chemicals, bleaches etc. This is an organic gem and is delicate.
HOW TO CLEAN HIGH POLISH SILVER PIECES AT HOME
 Line a bowl or pot in aluminium foil (shiny side up)
 Add a heaped tablespoon of baking soda
 Place your jewellery in the baking soda pile, ensuring it is also touching the foil.
 Pour boiling water into the vessel. The baking soda will begin to fizz. You can add another spoon of baking soda if you wish.
 Leave in the solution for 2-5 minutes
 Remove jewellery, rinse, dry with a cloth
 Finish with a polishing cloth if you have one

LOKI PATERA is heirloom, meaning that our pieces are designed to be timeless and made to be passed on. With the appropriate care and cleaning, they should not need repair. However, as some components are delicate, damage can happen. If your piece breaks under normal wearing conditions within the first year we will fix or replace it free of charge. Loss or theft are not covered.

Returns are accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty, and a claim is made within 7 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned in its original packaging with all components. Please email email@example.com to find out more or organise a return.
